I had very good days staying at this antique hotel. Clean, GREAT value venue, its location was convenient and absolutely perfect and next to the ferry, Manhattan, and New York JFK airport. My queen room was available with a seating area and iron/ironing board.
Didn't like the area, it was scary.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious bed and breakfast! The owner was incredibly hospitable and friendly, even giving us a ride to the ferry when we didn't have a bus ticket yet. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, the best we had on our entire trip! The house itself was charming, with antique furniture and a beautiful Victorian style. The location was perfect, with a bus stop close by that takes you directly to the ferry terminal in just 15 minutes. Parking on the street was also easy. We cannot wait to come back and stay here again!

This hotel offers incredible value for money, with spacious rooms that come with a private kitchen. It's the perfect place to stay, especially if you're traveling with a friend and want to save on dining out. The attention to detail, such as providing toiletries, tea/coffee, and water, along with the delicious breakfast, really made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the location very close to the free ferry station, which made it convenient to explore Manhattan.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say it exceeded my expectations. the location was perfect - just a short walk from the free ferry station that takes you to Manhattan. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. The beds were comfortable, with fresh linens, and the rooms were immaculately clean. And the private kitchen was a wonderful bonus, allowing us to prepare our own meals. Lastly, I have to mention the breakfast. Each morning, we were treated to a delicious spread of fresh fruit, eggs, and other tasty treats. It was the perfect way to start our day of adventure.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Located in the heart of downtown New York, this B&B offers easy access to all the city has to offer. Situated next to Central Station, it is a convenient base for exploring the North Shore Staten Island area. The rooms are beautifully decorated with antique furnishings, providing a charming and cozy atmosphere. The breakfast is a highlight with a variety of delicious options, including a fresh fruit salad and homemade pastries. Guests also appreciate the warm and engaging personality of the host, who offers valuable advice on places of interest.
One downside is that the facility is not within walking distance of many activities, but public transportation options, such as buses and ferries, are readily available.

We couldn't believe how peaceful the neighborhood was, considering its proximity to Manhattan. Parking was easy to find on the street and the ferry to Manhattan was just a short distance away. This place provides the perfect retreat after a busy day in the city.
